Service and/or organization of the wait staff is incompetent. This restaurant was near our hotel and our first stop for food after 6 hours of road. It was about 7:00 p.m., but after the dinner rush. While many tables were full, the place was in the process of emptying out. About 15 minutes to sit down (will not complain there), but about another 15-20 minutes to see our server. We quickly ordered because we reviewed the menu online while we waited. It was about another 15 minutes before our drinks were refilled, and then another 20 minutes before our food arrived. My wife wanted to leave multiple times after our first drink refill. Once the food arrived, my order was incorrect. I had built a burger and it was wrong. My wife ate, but it was another ten minutes before I could begin eating. The second burger was delivered by the manager with an apology and a promise that it was on the house. Service was also a little bit better after the error too. Food was good, but not worth the very long wait. Overall, I would have rated better if timing of everything was tighter and my drink would have stayed filled. Our server was seen at tables all over the place, so I guess that explains why we barely saw her. I know that the owner reads these reviews. Something must be done about the service. I feel the wait staff would be more attentive if they were in established zones. I understand lending a hand, but it felt like chaos in there. Of the handful of restaurants that we visited while in the area, the service was the worst at this location by a long shot. Food was pretty good, but we have zero interest in returning.

Oh my gosh, if you don't eat here you will miss quite an experience. I had a wonderful "make yourself" salad and my husband had tenderloin. Everything was absolutely delicious! The service was very professional and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful dinner. Thank you to Levi, our server!!

We came to this restaurant because it was rated Best in Woodbury. It was not busy, we were seated right away and then proceeded to get some pretty incompetent service. We had 5 waiters who served 2 people and we received the dinner salads before the apps and then the wrong entree. We we're also not offered further drinks and had to ask. The fish and chips we're soggy and the the lettuce wraps could only be eaten like a salad. Wrong lettuce! Use romaine hearts next time. For the amount of servers serving us, they were not on the same page and it appeared the same for the next table over. We are usually 25 or 30 % tippers and tonight warranted 10%. Best part was the ambiance. If I were a food guide writer would I have gotten better service? We should have the waffle fries apparently, according to previous reviews.

Great food but the service wasnt great. They were busy and I understand that but our food was made wrong and had to be remade and it took forever. If we weren't on a time crunch it wouldn't have been such a big deal. The food was amazing though. However it took out waitress almost 10 minutes to bring back change. If you have the time to wait for the service the food is worth it but it does take a while to eat here

The food is amazing, especially the waffle fries with seasoned sour cream dip. Drinks were very tasty too! Be warned this place is busy for dinner and you will want a reservation, and it is pretty noisy inside. But well worth the wait for some tasty food!
