Their pizza is so delicious and their service quick. The setting is well kept and clean with accessible location and great atmosphere.

First experience.  My wife ordered pizza for take out.  They said 30 minutes.  I arrived in 25 minutes and paid.  A few minutes later the girl brought pizzas out and put them in the warmer.  I waited patiently for another 30 minutes realizing they were busy because of a school special.  When I finally asked for an update, the other girl said they were probably in the oven.  I asked her again to check for sure.  She came back and handed me my order that had been sitting in the warmer since 2 minutes after I paid for the pizzas.  they gave me a coupon for a free pizza and $4 off another pizza.  

Last experience.  Right now I'm trying to place an order.  I called in.  Girl asked if I would hold.  Sure.  Now it has become a game to see how long it will be before she picks up the phone again.  15 minutes and counting ...  Never, ever again!

We have tried Red Savoy for carry out maybe 3 times. Once our requested pie cut was square cut. Service was good they refunded the price of 1 pizza. Today the crust was burnt so bad the pizza tasted terrible. The place is not cheap for the pizza so they should get it right. This will be the last trial with them. If you want pizza that's good every single time and reasonably priced, go to Little Oven St Paul, I won't make this mistake again

We ordered two large pizzas for pick up. The $40+ pizzas were missing the pizza sauce. So disappointing as we have been reds fans for decades. We called the store and we're told that they would send us a refund in the mail. Today 2 weeks later we received a apologies card and a coupon for $4.00 off our next pizza. Wow! Not to worry this will not happen again to us. Vote with your feet.
