I booked this place, unseen, based on my sister's recommendation for a bridal shower of 17 people. I live out of town, so I wasn't sure what to expect since I couldn't actually check out the venue. Hannah, the owner, was so kind and so helpful on the phone. After speaking with her, I had full confidence that it was going to be great. Hannah not only met but exceeded my expectations. The tea was delicious. The food was delicious. The service was quick and Hannah and her assistant were so accommodating! Hidden under the old oak trees on main street, the place itself has that old town League City charm. Mismatched antique tables, tea cups, and chairs lend to that charm. If you're looking for a place for a shower or just for lunch, I highly recommend it! We'll be coming back next time I'm in town.

What a unique experience! I have never been to a Tea House like this one. I experienced great service and the most beautiful atmosphere. The tea that I ordered was full of flavor and came with sugar formed in a heart for Valentines Day. They put much effort into their Tea House and it is noticable. The sandwich that I ordered was also above my high standards. I have never tasted a Portabella Mushroom Sandwich with as much flavor as it had. I will take my friends and family there!

We had a Bridal Shower at the location. The new owners have improved the location! I had eaten there a while back and I did not like the food or service. But this time it was very different. We had plan the shower at another location. Due to Hurricane Harvey we had to find a new location. Hannah, the new owner, went over and above to make our event special. We went to lynch there the week before the shower and enjoyed it very much. 

The shower was outstanding! The food and service were wonderful. They moved furniture for us. It was the perfect venue for the shower. I will be going again soon!!
