Such a great space and menu selection for a group to gather. Especially wonderful in the summer when you can enjoy the patio overlooking Hoyt Lake. If you like to pick and nibble on various items in a group, instead of having a huge plate to yourself, then this is the place for you. Centered around more of a Tapas vibe, or the idea of sharing small, medium, and large plates, this place is perfect for groups. The decor is old times with a modern twist, and the huge bar in the center is such a stunner. The menu has a lot of variety and intriguing twists on classic items, making it a great place for avant gardening eaters who are looking for high quality ingredients (like fish flown in from Hawaii daily) and intriguing takes on them (a pastrami-encrusted seared tuna). Forward thinking food in an incredible environment, perfect for sharing and experiencing new flavors- that's what I love about this place.

The food is quite tasty, though as others mention the portions may be smaller than one would expect. The setting and ambiance is very nice and intimate, right next to the lake with a cozy interior. The biggest issue is the speed of table service. It's was quite slow, with a meal that should have only taken 40 taking over an hour and a half. If you have time to kill, then this is definitely a nice place, but don't count on getting in and out with any semblance of quickness.

Wonderful addition to new dining choices in Buffalo. You won't be disappointed. Best time to go; a warm summer evening.

The food was good. However, we ate inside, fruit flies everywhere. At least 10 surrounding us at all times. Bar, let's just say not warm, not inviting. We always go to the bar early before our dinner, it was so uncomfortable at the bar, we chugged our drinks and waited for our friends in the lobby. Not cool. Atmosphere is a fail. Buffalo is full of am amazing restaurants at this price point that are so much better. Try them first.

7/8/17 - We could not get reservations. We were told walk-ins always welcome and encouraged, especially for the terrace. Come around 8:30 when crowd thins out. Came at 8:30, was told they couldn't seat us and they were closing early as the park is so busy and parking is bad. We told hostess they close at 10:00. She said, well, I'll go check, but I'm not sure. Hostess was rude. She acted like we were inconveniencing her by actually showing up. That makes sense to close when an area is too busy, you wouldn't want those pesky people coming in for a bite and a drink and spending money, after all you are a new restaurant. It's too bad, great location. Well needed in that area. Unfortunately this kind of customer service will make them Short-lived. We left and went to Mother's where they are always professional.
