If you like San Pedro, this is the best place I've found to stay overnight.  It is near Beacon Street, which used to be the rough part of town before they fixed it up.  Now the rest of downtown Pedro looks like Beacon St. used to look.  .  Still plenty of homeless and street people around the hotel though, if that is a concern.  Nobody bothered us, which is more than I can say for San Francisco, Monterrey, San Diego, and other coastal cities.

The price is the main reason my family and I love this theater. No stadium seating, no food delivered to your recliner,  no autoflush in the restroom... but the people who work here are so courteous, the place is always clean, and so far it hasn't been super crowded for any movies we've seen here. I'll take the low admission price and mild crowd over a fancy makeover anyday! This place is perfect the way it is. I highly recommend this theater for people who wanna save a buck and don't mind the "no frills" ambiance.

Parking is easy, but getting into the parking lot can be difficult. We turned into the wrong area twice. We shopped at Trader Joe's.

Great little shopping center to see a movie, go shopping, work out, or grab a bite for lunch.

Love going to the gym,  popping over to Marshalls, get lunch, then to trader joes. Its the perfect plaza.
