Decent strip mall. Parking lot is always clean. Not much else to say really.

Corner of Crenshaw and PCH. Panera bread has great breakfast and lunch options. There is a Goodwill hiding in back, Smart and Final on the west side and a Big 5 Sporting goods. There is also a BofA with ATM's.

I was only there to go to Jack in the Box, but the towne center was quite nice.

The variety of shops and the convenience of being able to safely walk around the center make it a nice place to visit. There is plenty of parking and the smells of the various restaurants make it fun to explore by following one's nose if hungry.
