Horrible customer service! I called about a speeding ticket i had received for the first time in my life. These people who answer the phone do not speak English!  the price  fee they requested was $110 to settle my ticket. My ticket was $300. i paid the fee. 2 weeks later i receive a letter from them. stating i have to go to traffic school and have to pay $300 in court fees!!!!! they obviously cant do their job well. i ended up having to pay more than the ticket itself and would have gotten the same result or BETTER (since it was my first time) if i would have done it myself! Of course i call to complain and they play the hang up game!! and do not offer refunds!!!

Really good job! They won my case without points and record! Definitely going back if I get a ticket again.

As far as customer service goes they were really nice and helpful. And regarding the ticket everything went well and my case was successfully dismissed with no points or conviction on my record. I can't express how thankful I am, really thank you so much.

I used them a few times and ultimately had all the tickets thrown out. I know every case is different though for each person.  I am just happy that I don't have to go to court AND I don't pay for the darn ticket (besides the fees for ticket clinic).  Hopefully I don't need them again, but if I do I, I will use this same company. Recommended
