Terrible people, terrible store, and wouldn't suggest to anyone. I could go on and on about the mistakes made but I have lost a few grand because of the deceitful nature of the tile shop.

Walked around the store for 20 minutes with sample tile in my hand.  Couldn't get any of the 4 or 5 people "working" to even acknowledge my presence let alone take my money.  It's not like they were super busy either.  It was me and 1 other shopper who also was without a sales person.

Eric was really helpful. The guy really knows tile and was so nice.  The store was clean and organized , seemed fair priced.

The  store has a large selection for buying tile. However, we were told if we brought in a business card when we picked up our order we could get a business discount. Tile was not all available as promised and they decided at time of pickup we could not get the business discount. One of our boxes of tile had broken pieces and we were told oh well those would be your cut pieces. Dissappointed in being lied to and no compensation for broken tile.
