Called before going to ask for cost time estimate; they told me a different price when I got there and told me to come back tomorrow.

Next day I drop off the car at 9 am, they said two hours. Called at 11 to check in and they said another two hours! Finally picked up the car at 1. No courtesy call to tell me the car was ready. 

They added wheel alignment without me asking for it. Even thought it's common to get it  done with an oil change they should ask before they do anything extra.

Overall bad experience. The guy that works the front was ok but I have seen better service. Not going back to this spot I rather give my money to someone that knows how to run a business.

I came in town from Kissimmee FL . 
My tire was all messed up I came in to get a tire so I can continue my road trip . 
I come into the office at 5:30pm 7/24/17 
The shop closes at 7 pm and the man tells me he doesn't have enough time to help me.. the worst service ever he send on my way instead of helping me with a quick fix I am paying them for !!! Do not suggest you to come here .

Came in the a.m.to get a tire patched. Ask me to come back at 12:30 and he would have the tire patched and have me out in less than 1 hour. Came back and waited over an hour and was told they were too busy to help me. I asked him why he wasted my time. He cursed at me as I was leaving..DON'T GO HERE.....

As a local shop that I could rely on, I tried to build a relationship for lasting benefit, however, when I brought my RAV4 due to what turn out to be a Throttle problem along with battery replacemnet, I was told by Brian (manager) it would be an $1300 job. I told him to check for a blown fuse since, when boosting the car (why the battery change) the cables were crossed, he said "there is no fuse and that the mechanic checked all that". Furthurmore, there were several RAV4's that recently had the same problem (POOR FOLKS). I paid for the battery, oil change and when I got home checked, found and replaced THE FUSE. Car is working great and it cost me $0 since TOYOTA provides xtra fuses. When I spoke to him about it, his comments were unprofessional and obvious not interested in keeping a customer. So I will indulge him.

Used to go here and had great service . Went about a year ago waited two hours for an oil change with an appointment and they didn't rotate tires. Lousy
