Usually get get service depending on how busy they are. Only reason I didn't rate them a five is that on to separate occasions the store was late opening. The web site and posted door hours say 7:30am and twice they've opened at least 10min late.

To begin with I have to say this is the worst experience I ever had in a auto parts store and it's also important to mention I was dealing with the store manager when I had this issue I came in and simply asked for some help from one of the sales associates the store manager was so rude and disgusting right off the bat I'm not sure if she feels she has to be nasty in order to compare to the men in this industry but definitely nowhere near customer service she was abrupt and very short with me no compassion or caring in her tone or in her response the customer prior to me also experienced her nastiness maybe because it was first thing in the morning but as a manager you would think there is a higher bar to uphold I don't care if All 4 of my tires blow in front of this store I will never step foot in there again and I'll advise anybody I come across never to spend their money here
