I stopped in unannounced with a problem with my trailer light.  A young man named Mike came to my trailer upon my arrival.  After a  brief explanation he removed my rear light and replaced it with a new module.  He had repaired my trailer within two minutes and charged me nothing.  I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service.  RON BOYER

I was recently in the market for a new trailer, and after calling around and checking out a few different companies, I decided to go with Trailer Connection. Their price and quality of product beats anything I found local (the six foot head height on their covered trailers is a plus) and their customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be looking to them for any future purchases or repairs.

Dan was great. Spent enough time to show all relevant options. Was offering cheaper options that he felt could fit our needs.
