The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable and fresh linens. It is furnished with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, nice vanity, and clean bathroom.  Has been a wonderful little home away from home.  The staff here has been very accommodating. In the wake of Hurricane Irma we have had no where to live.  They have taken us in and made us feel right at home. Also after reading some of the reviews I would like to say the parking lot is well lit and the manager Milan Shah walks the ground at night to make sure everything is safe.  Honestly couldn't ask for more from this AWESOME staff!

Over priced. Hot breakfast was not desirable at all. Coffee tasted like water. Rooms could have been cleaner and had a musty smell.  Did enjoy all the wild life in the dumpsters very entertaining.

I was planning on a three weekend to relax myself but ended up being more agitated. Place has potential but needs proper protocols to be in places. 

It seemed nobody was accountable for their actions. My room had stains on the sheet, looks like they do not own a duster, or roach spray. If you plan to stay bring your own insect killer.

When I went to the front desk they were willing to help but did not any real solutions. I had to suggest for a different room. The second room I was placed in was a little bit cleaner than the previous but that's not really an improvement.

I do not recommend at this time but if they take the right steps it may actually become a descent place to stay. The location to outside attractions is what initially drove my decision to this pIace. I really loathed the fact that my time was wasted.

Checked in at 1am. So had to stand outside at window to check in was cold windy and took 20 minutes.Room clean having resp. Issues affected by environmental things dust mold etc no problems, bed was comfortable and someone with back injury involving 10 disc on two levels and nerve damage usually has increased pain at night, sleeping wasn't a problem. Continental bkft taken away to early 4 different families showed up 9 all could get coffee & juice. I did see desk clerk try find cereal for young kids though. Pool nice foyer was nicely landscaped. Alot of road construction all around hotel making harder to get in and out.    Room rate little high side paid 50% less at the east coast beach for 2 nights.Son pays $30 more but on room for a week on gulf coast beach and he has full kitchen. This room does have fridge microwave and coffee maker.

You get what you pay for, and facilities are according to the price.When we got there at 11:30 pm and saw so many trucks parked outside got a little hesitant. However, our room was clean and everything  worked properly (TV, AC was silent and we could reset it to our temperature needs, shower had enough pressure, microwave worked and fridge was cool). We had a silent night with no noises or incidents. Have to mention that the young man at the reception was really helpful in spite of the late night check in, he was courteous and patient enough to even explain how to make the shower work. On the downside,  our room smelled like vomit.  Couldn't find the source, so when you've been all day at the parks all you want is to sleep and forget about everything else, so we did. We didn't make it to breakfast (it's 6-9am) but overall we had a restful and recovering night's sleep.
