The Train Station provides a very well rounded fitness regimen. It's definitely been my favorite gym hands down! Travis and Laurie are excellent motivators. They get to know all of their members and truly care about their well being and will help you in areas where they know that you can use extra help. For example, I had a bad back before attending their gym. They knew this and would help implement back strengthening exercises into their workouts. Since I started their gym last fall in Vernal, I have not had any back flare ups or injuries. St. George area is very lucky to have this unique gym as an option!

St. George is beyond lucky to have this gym available to you. My husband and I loved the workouts. They push you to become a healthier stronger you. I have never liked a gym as much as I did the Train Station. Laurie and Travis Marx are top notch trainers but more importantly top notch people. Trust me when I tell you that you will NOT be disappointment. Take the leap and go walk in the door, you will not look back!!

Seriously the best workout ever!! Not only do their workouts kick butt, they are also so fun! Travis and Laurie are such great people. They have created a positive uplifting environment. I always left feeling not only stronger physically but stronger mentally. Love the Train Station!!!! Go I promise you won't regret it!!!

Hands down the best gym I've ever been to---not your typical crossfit gym or golds gym atmosphere which I really did like but no offense gets old!! The train station has a great atmosphere. Couches are the best! Helped improve my training for running times and also saw the best toning in my body. I think moving to St George is going to be a great move For them! Can't wait to come visit when I'm down there! Check this gym out its worth all your money and time guarantee.

My hustand loves working out with Travis! My husband has Memory issues/with Parkinson and the class is awesome...
