These guys have the best public transit for the size of the population! I love uta! The bus drivers are great and will do anything they can to help you and the all the other ways they have to get you around. They are also sponsors of green bike too! Go UTA

For the most part, I am pretty happy with my commuting experience with Utah Transit Authority. That being said, I was a little bit frustrated with fare enforcement this evening. We were already a little bit late with a fully packed train. Everyone on the train was checked on the platform and then I was asked an additional two times to show proof of payment on the train. It just seemed that checking everyone's fares multiple times on an already packed train slowed the commute down--especially on a train that was already 20 minutes late.

I love UTA but after paying around $10 each trip from Park City and parking in the UTA park and ride, my car has been broken into on 2 occasions. YOU NEED CAMERAS IN ALL PARK AND RIDES! When I'm spending up right $50 a week on riding the bus my fair alone could pay for the camera, and I'm not the only one who this has happened to!

I had my 1st chance to utilize UTA systems yesterday and was very impressed with theach whole system. The greatest asset was the employees, all were very helpful with directions and making sure we got off at the best stops for our journey. Thanks

The front runner is a joke. I have had so many problems with the front runner train. One experience in had, I was about to board the train and dropped a couple of things, literally was there 10 seconds. So I did not have enough time to pick my things, so the train left me and had to wait another hour. also it's more expensive to ride the front runner,than it is to drive yourself. The customer service is terrible! "we'll look into it see if they did leave early if so we're sorry " they don't care very unfriendly. AVOID UTA
