The owner is great and knows about customer service!  He greets a majority of his customers by name when they enter the store and he has hired a knowledgeable support staff.

I've been using this location for my mailing address for more than 2 years. Most days I walk in I'm greeted like Norm from Cheers. They are attentive, friendly and always ready to help me. I'm moving to Colorado Springs and I'm going to get another ups store to help me there. Cheers and thanks for 2 years of great service
