AWFUL SERVICE! I set up online to have some documents printed one side and paid for the documents online.  Once I got to the store the manager printed my documents on two sides and then tried to overcharge and recharge me when I had already paid online. When I brought to his attention the documents were not as I requested and paid for he simply said that's the way it's set up. This is a knock off UPS store please beware when dealing with this particular location!

I was shipping a return to Amazon- printed the label at home, taped it to my box, got to the store at just after 8:30am (opening), and there was already another customer there filling out paperwork.  The cashier was on the phone, but he scanned my box, printed my receipt, and I was out in maybe 1 minute.

Notary.. BIG BIG NO. 

I ended up paying $32 instead of $6...

Would never go again to this place for NOTARY. When others charge $6 per stamp (even other UPS stores near by), this guy charged $8 for EVERY single signature that was there on that page... for that one seal he put!!!

I should have read the reviews before going here but I figured that I was just going to drop off a package to be sent. The man was on his phone the entire time, which in my opinion is horrible customer service. And as soon as he scanned my package he tossed it into the pile of boxes. I mean really, how hard is it to walk over and place the box in the pile and how did he know if the package was breakable or not. I will most definitely drive out of my way if I need UPS services.
