This is one of the better AT&T stores... I've been with them for almost 10 years and the main thing I can say is to make sure that you only go to corporate owned AT&T stores (this one is...). If you go to a franchise, you'll most likely get terrible service and a small selection of phones to choose from... But this one has great service and a large selection!!

They are friendly and phenomenally helpful. Even when people are being nasty to them, they have a smile on their face and help all. They also have some great movie posters set up. They have a great deal of patience.

Are they picking and choosing who they help in here? Have one person at the door checking in people so you don’t favor one “type” of customer over another. Organize that workflow folks! If it’s 4 employees one can work the sign in, 2-3 can specialize with customers meaning someone’s eyes should be on the register at all times for that guy who is completely done and just wants to buy something
