Unbelievably bad attitude and zero concern for the customer!! I had 2 very important packages scheduled to be delivered to this store because I figured that they would be safer than delivering to my house which is unattended. Unfortunately for me, this store has the ability to "REFUSE"  the entire UPS truck that my packages were on. When I said to her, "I'll never have packaged delivered to this store again", she said "Sure!". Not, "I'm sorry sir", etc. There was more but I won't waste more time on them. After looking at the other reviews for this store, I can't imagine how they stay in business. More than that, I can't understand why UPS would put up with this kind of service that gives UPS a black eye. Time to dump this franchise, UPS!!! Shame on you for allowing me to route packages to them. I should have been warned!

I didn't realize customer service involved not speaking to customers. Went to drop something off and I use this term loosely was assisted by the rude owner. Didn't bother saying one word. Had a look on his face as if i was bothering him being there. Didn't say one word the entire transaction. Take your business elsewhere.

I am surprised to see negative comments.. this ups location has always been great for me. The service is always fast, efficient, and friendly. ☺️👍👌

Place has no interest in making money. The owner is never there and he's the only one who can notorize anything. Went in line at the one in Robinson and two other people had already went to bridgeville and had the same experience.

I can't believe how the person was so unpolite. Bad attitude. He could just say he can not notarize my document. Instead he was meanly refusing and even saying I could put his photo on the document. Traumatic experience!
