I have spent close to 5 hours of my life either on hold or speaking with various customer service representatives about a cabinet order I placed two weeks ago for a job I'm doing. (these are in stock cabinets, not special order). I've been promised a half dozen times that someone would call me and they never did. Every time I call I get a different answer about when the cabinets are coming and whether or not the whole order is coming. It's made me look terrible to my customer. I am beyond frustrated and their incompetence is just unbelievable. Two of the cabinets they are telling me are back ordered, I saw sitting in the isle in the store and when I tell them that, they don't believe me because the computer says they're not there. Do not shop here or at any Lowes. I am a professional remodeler and have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at Lowes. Despite the fact that they have wasted my time and been incompetent in the past, I have continued to shop there because it is close to my house, but they have lost my business completely over this. Time to start shopping elsewhere.

TL;DR Don't waste your time. Appliances take far longer to arrive than claimed. Web based delivery estimates were entirely false and I'm almost positive their delivery estimates and emails are automated. Nobody could tell me why I received so many different delivery dates for appliances that physically didn't exist to be delivered. I'm stunned. We just bought our new home and the only appliances it needed were a washer and dryer. What luck we had to move near Presidents Day! Got a pair of Samsung appliances with a little saved. That was on the 18th. (order date) It is now the 26th. I received three separate delivery dates now, and have missed work to be home for delivery. No delivery came on the 19th (original delivery date.) I was called the morning after receiving my first delivery date, to be told that the items were coming in by truck. She said they'd likely be arriving by the end of the week and be at my house soon after. The entire week past, and I heard nothing. I then received a new email, telling me that a new date was set. I was to be expecting them between 12 and 4. Again I took off work to be present for this. No delivery. (26th, today) This time, I also wasn't called. I had to call. I called the 800 number associated with deliveries, and was then told they'd be contacting the store. An hour later I am called by a man who said he was a manager, who did little more than apologize, and then continued down the same path of uncertainty about a valid and actual delivery date. I have an email trail to prove all of this. In 2018, am I really to believe that you don't have a better grasp of inventory, Lowes? This man proceeded to tell me I may possibly have a washing machine arriving on the 28th. When pressed for certainty, he again only could say he didn't know the contents of the truck til it had arrived. The money has been taken out of my account and we are going onto the 9th day, looking at a clean 11 or 12 according to his estimates. (thus far your personnel at Scott Township in Carnegie have no real surety of their inventory or delivery schedule) I appreciate that your web interface offers nothing valid. Your delivery dates were nonsense and your management doesn't know when trucks arrive and with what contents. Sadly I can't give zero stars. If not for the time invested I'd already have cancelled the order. Your false delivery dates kept me hoping...

Dara in floors is fantastic Edit... After going through the process of ordering a front door and waiting four weeks for it to arrive, I called many times to check on the delivery date. Everyone kept telling me the system said it was due to arrive on September 4th. I waited until after that date had passed only to be told that my paperwork was "lost in the shuffle" and my door wasn't even ordered. Why hadn't anyone received confirmation that my order was submitted, or any red flags brought up that no confirmation was received? Why had there been a delivery date assigned to an order that didn't exist? Why wasn't the mistake caught before 5 weeks had passed? What would have happened if I just kept waiting for this door to arrive that had never been ordered? All great questions.. Unfortunately no good answers. Would not recommend ordering a long term item here again.

Worst store ever. I would rather pay a homeless person to cover my body in paper cuts and soak me in a bathtub of salt water than to spend a dime there. I feel like I’m in an episode of the leftovers and the whole store went missing besides the one cashier that obviously hates the place more than I do. There is a reason I go to Home Depot every day, because when I leave there I don’t want to kill people. I don’t even care if my company name is in this review cause if ur reading this review, you obviously go to Lowe’s, and I don’t want to work for u anyway
