easily the BEST place to go if you want to see exactly how not to operate a business. these guys will lie to your face and up charge (steal from) you at every opportunity

I go to this store often and always had a good experience until recently. Lately, the customer service has been horrible and I can never find anything I need when it comes to shipping things. Recently, I brought in a small package and asked how much postage it would cost to send it with the stuff I had inside. The clerk told me it would be fine to put 2 stamps on it and send it. I had 25 small packages to send, so I questioned him saying, "are you sure? It seems like it might need more, but I don't know about this stuff." He assured me it would be fine. I stuffed all my envelopes, put two stamps on each, then took them all back to the UPS store to be shipped. All was fine and dandy, until today when I got a phone call from the post office saying they can't send any of my packages out because there's not enough postage on them. Now, I'm having to go up to the post office and pay more to ship everything out. I'm never going back to the UPS store here in town unless they get new management.

Once again these guys knocked it out of the park for me Sean stayed behind to make sure a special order that I needed was done yesterday. I also needed the banner sent to Edmonton Canada, in time for an Expo I am doing there. They guaranteed it would be there by this  thurs :) In them I trust Thanks Sean for a outstanding service so far!

I have lived in Estes Park since 1997 and been using this same office since 2012. I have never had an issue with the staff they have always been very friendly and helpful. keep up the good work guys :)

We live an hour and a half away but had business that required a notary in Estes. Sean came in on his day off to help us out and was so nice and professional. UPS has our business from now on because of Sean!

Wanted to mail a document the gentleman behind the desk told us to go to the Post Office my understanding is UPS ships items if you pay them I guess I have mistaken.
