Terrible service. Owner has no idea what he's talking about. WORST UPS in Southwestern Ontario. Owner, Hasan loves to blame you (the Customer) for UPS's mistakes and bad work habits. THE WORST SERVICE, WITH THE MOST LAZIEST PEOPLE WORKING THERE! Hasan is VERY Rude individual and in my opinion should never work at UPS again! The amount of respect that i was receiving was little to none! Worst Service EVER!

Took a high value package to be shipped out from this ups store to the US. Zeb helped me with the process, we filled out all paperwork together and ensured everything was done right. 

There was some issues with the paperwork and US customs back to the ups store but Zeb took care of it and handled the documents without needing me to come back to the store. 

I would highly recommend this ups store to anyone and we've decided to use this store as the go to for all our personal and business needs going forward.

I've had to unfortunately send this store some fairly last minute orders that were complex in nature, each time they have come through and showed a good resourceful nature. Very polite and promptly listening to the details is something you don't always find with print sales people, these guys have the patience you need to do something correctly. Very impressed thus far all around by this location, nice people, seem to care, reasonable pricing and transparent terms.
