Exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Thanks to Sig from the Oakville location - not only was he extremely helpful and patient, but he went above + beyond in helping me select my new Camera. He took the time to explain the different models, features, and assisted in selecting the right camera and lens for my needs. Would highly recommend and would def go back for all my photography needs.

Very helpful staff. In my opinion they have really improved their customer service. A few years ago I had one not so great experience with one if the locations but this one on Dundas is great. Tom, the store manager is one heck of a helpful person and leads from the front. The rest of the staff at the store is great as well.

The best customer service I have ever experienced! Sig (sales) really helped me out of a difficult situation, very accommodating and understanding! I will be shopping here for all my camera needs moving forward! Thanks again Sig, excellent customer service, an honest and genuine person!

The past two years I have been going to Henry's Oakville for all my equipment needs- first as a hobbyist and now as a full time professional photographer; and I truly could not say enough about the team at this location. Sig, who has gone above and beyond to help me out with every query, every concern and with all of my purchases, has done so not as some sales person at some store, but almost as a family member or a friend who is genuinely interested in your wants and needs : the number one reason that makes me go back to this particular store again and again and again! Can't thank Sig and all the staff at Henry's Oakville enough for helping me throughout.

Fantastic service. The knowledge of the salesperson was great. He was able to explain what is important and why. I felt educated about a variety of products, not sold the product.
