Very nice people! I didn’t have a box for an item that i was sending and instead of charging me for a box he willingly gave me a box for free. Very very nice. I send a lot of my Etsy stuff here and I’ve never had an issue. Very pleased.

I have used this place 2 times since I have moved here and the staff is always very helpfull and kind to make sure that I have everything I need to send my packages.

Horrible customer service. They wanted me to pay for a cheap ups plastic bag provided by ups  to ship an Amazon return, which was paid for by Amazon. The bags are free at other ups stores.

A local shop owner went to this location to ship something for me that I purchased while in the area. While she was there the price for my $55 item was quoted at $45 which is ridiculously high considering its super light weight. While trying to set up her business account, which was unprofessional while I was waiting on the phone the price of shipping my item went up an additional $10??? Now charging $55, then he added thats not including supplies or packaging?! He charged me an additional $8 for "supplies". When it arrived today his version of supplies was a USED lamp box that he cut to fit and absolutely NO cushion or wrapping of any kind around my item just thrown in the cardboard box. This place is a disgrace to the UPS company and would not recommend anyone in the area give them any business.
