This a great place to visit when traveling I-85.. Family friendly and a great gift shop. Creamery tour's are available beginning 9:00... The tour includes a free single a coup of ice cream... If you don't have time for the tour still give the ice cream a try.. It"s the best on I-85..

It is an interesting and fun experience. Got to learn the history of Mayfield Ice Cream and the process of it. Found out Great Value also comes from the same factory! But best part is the free ice cream scoop you get in the end 😁 Snow cream is awesome and only available in the factory and no where else because of how they make it. If you want something nice and cheap to do, go here 😊

I took my class on a field trip here and it was awesome! The children loved watching to see how the ice cream was made. Then enjoying some tasty treats at the end of the tour.  They even learned how to milk a cow! Well worth the small price.

Good vist. FREE icecream for all was awesome. Kids 4 and under free with adult. Part of factory under maintenance.  Milking water out of a fake cow was not what I expected though.  Fun time with kids and very inexpensive 30 minute long tour.

I paid less than $10 for my daughter and I which I find pretty reasonable. There is a 10 minute film with 15 minute informative walking tour. My daughter loved it especially the ice cream at the end.
