The store is generally fine. My complaint is that they often don't stay open until their posted closing time. It's frustrating to show up with 10 min to spare and being turned away, especially considering it's a 5 sec transaction to simply drop off a package.

I went in to ship my son's computer, monitor, speakers, and cables. To ship was well over $300.00 I was so surprised! I asked her why so much, she said it's because of the boxes. Made no sense, did not go through itemized list of charges, no smile, no eye contact, terrible social skills! No hello, no good bye, thank you!! Terrible!! 
Will go to UPS in Brea from now on.

That girl that works there is rude. She never smiles or for that fact speaks to the customer.

I was able to come in and speak with Michelle.  I was in a bind and needed some things printed quickly. She was very knowledgeable but a bit overwhelmed.  I watched as she helped other customers quickly and efficiently.  I went in, emailed my documents, had them printed and stapled.  I also had a set of brochures made with binding.  It turned out a lot better than I'd hoped. I will definitely be coming back in for other services.
