Great store and great staff I go here at least once a week. They always recognize me and remember my preferences. I have never had a single issue with this store since they opened.

The staff was so nice! The lady met me at door to help me in with my package. Extremely helpful in assisting me to repackage a large heavy item. Would definitely use this site again.

Visited to pick up a package that I missed at my complex. Didn't bring the slip, but brought an ID. Package couldn't be located in system so I left and came back with slip. Slip mentioned it would be held at this location for 7 calendar days. The gal mentioned it was being held at a different location location and wrote down that address for me. The staff was helpful and nice, but the slip was misleading and an inconvenience to travel to the UPS store 3 times instead of being accurate the 1st time.

I had a very large box that needed to go back to Amazon for my wife.  Big, bulky and I hadn't had a chance to tape it yet.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was helped out immensely and everything was seamless. Definitely earned my future business with the great service!  Thank you!
