Some of the staff are actually nice, and helpful...decent selection on top name brands. but this one guy... has spikeyish hair, is pretty rude. Makes you feel belittled, and tries to tell you what you think you should do like he's right about everything. Spend hundreds of dollars there and get treated like crap. It's my only gripe I have about this shop. Everyone else has been knowledgeable and very friendly.

For a relatively small shop, they have an INCREDIBLE stock of everything from metal detectors to RC planes and boats, including a great selection of drones...everything a hobbyist could want, and if they don't have it, they'll gladly get it in for you! A true, one-stop-hobby shop! And the staff is super friendly and helpful. I arrived early last week as they were getting a gel cell battery in for me and the shipment hadn't arrived yet. Mike and the guys welcomed me to 'hang out' with them til it arrived, told me I could get a drink next door and make myself at home...even pulled out a chair for me to use if I wanted it and proceeded to answer the 1,000 questions I had while I was waiting as well as advising me on several subjects and helping me find the other things I needed! I also asked for some Hobby Villa stickers for my flight boxes which they gladly gave me, ( 7 all together, lol ) and even brought me a very good quality Hobby Villa T-shirt too, for free! I HIGHLY recommend this shop to ANYONE who has a hobby of any sort! You won't find any better anywhere!

Staff is cool and helpful but this store NEVER has what I'm looking for in stock. It's always very basic things too that should be restocked on the regular.

Terrible service and uneducated staff/owners. Purchased 2 Horizon products and neither work!!! They were completely clueless about how to correct and offered no refund. NEVER buy from these scam artists......I will make the drive up to Kenwood and go to Pit Row hobbies....honest owners and they actually KNOW what they sell!!
