If there was a negative star I'd give it. They go far beyond poor service to deceitful and untrustworthy practices. They signed for a package of mine and then held it hostage for a $30 fee. This was after telling me I could have it sent there with no warning of the charge prior. In fact, this was the second time I had done this with a signature required package and there was no charge the first time. As far as I can tell at this moment, they signed for a package that isn't theirs and refused to give it to me without a ridiculous fee, I guess I will file a theft claim with shipping company.

Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever had to deal with! I rent a mailbox and do most of my shipping transactions there.

Avoid at all cost! Don't drop off Amazon packages to be returned! Associates steal them and manager never calls you back. Avoid avoid avoid!

Went in and had to wait an hour just to fax and print some papers off the computer. The associates were extremely rude they kept running around seemed to not care peeople were waiting . Had excess to only one computer and they don't have a good system of recording who is using what or helping people who were using the computers. Extremely busy and associates seem not concerned about those who are in need of assistance.

ONE guy was there on a Saturday morning because he said someone called in. People just kept piling in and ended up being about 10 people in there waiting. All I needed was some packaging and I told him that... Waited forever and then told me he couldn't package it that day because no one was there to do it. A huge inconvenience as I'm getting ready to drive across the country tomorrow and time is limited. Where was the manager? Sleeping in that Saturday and eating bon bond and drinking mimosas on the couch?!
