I normally attempt to avoid writing reviews with the intent of expressing anger. But this establishment has proven to be so negligent and unconcerned about their own staffs training. That my girlfriend and I have been through a multi month ordeal attempting to get two documents properly notarized. To no avail. On our first attempt, the clerk improperly notarized both papers, it being sent back asking the notary to provide a proper notorial certificate on the papers. The State Department went so far as to provide us with a sheet of pre-made example notorial certificates to bring with us in hopes the clerk would properly notarize it. The second attempt, also failed, citing that the "notary's signature does not match the one on file." Our third and final attempt was returned as well, even with another clerk acting as notary. And once again the returned notarized documents stated that the clerks signitures had not matched. This brings us to our latest visit. Where the clerk excitedly alterted us to the fact. That after they failed to perform their job 3 times, they FINALLY decided to look into the matter, only to discover that the employees had been "told" wrong. This was followed up with her stating that now, we could get it all done right, and she wouldn't even charge us, for the notarization they'd done improperly 3 times, and already charged us for once. However, she was more than ready to charge us to ship said notary had we accepted; a charge we'd seen three times in the past. When I brought up the fact that as of yet, we had paid over 20 dollars for the establishments inability to provide advertised services, and we would at the very least request that this new cost be waived. I was told this was not possible, and neither was any sort of refund. Basically, we we're told that we were going to have to pay for the incompetance of the establishment and be happy about it. It is astonishingly RIDICULOUS. Needless to say we are not thrilled and would suggest anyone looking for service from this establishment: Save time and money, search elsewhere!

Place is horrible. They are always rude and act like it's an inconvenience that you even walked through the door. They always complain about something being wrong with a package and the way it's packaged so they have to fix it and charge you for it. Never have these issues with FedEx or the other ups store in town. I will never go back to this one. I would stay away from the rude people at this store and save your money!

Consistently refuses my packages. I print my own labels and use my own boxes and its always something. Too big. Too small. Oil box. Booze box. They never take my packages. But any other location has no problem. Rick just doesn't want to help people that help themselves. Very poor service. I won't be going there for anything ever again.
