Went in there to drop off a package to be returned to Amazon. The man was more interested in talking to his buddy in the store than dealing with an actual customer. The prices in that store has gotten ridiculous, I asked if I could have something printed off and was told that it would be $3.00 to use the computer. I asked if I could email him something to print, he said it would be $1.00 plus the page printed. I now know that next time I need to print something out for a shipping label, to go to Office Max and then don't even go in the UPS store unless I have to! The employee was rude and ignoring me, his actual customer, and talking more to his buddy when I was trying to get his attention so I could email the label to be printed out. I will not be going back to the UPS store again.

Absolutely rude employees. I will not be using this store's services ever in the near future.

Trying to Charge $1 for 8 inches of tape to seal a box.  Ridiculous. Talk about being penny wise and pound foolish!!!

I was falsely accused of stealing in front of the entire store and when the incident was sorted out they did not fire the employee. They will never get my business again.

I spent an hour at the store to rent a mailbox for my business. Their system went kind of crazy and had to have tech support come help fix the computers but they were very apologetic and helpful, and I was very pleased by the overall customer service! Great store, great people.
