The Sir Shop has horrible customer service. I would recommend using a different store to rent a tuxedo. We rented a tuxedo for my son for prom and then my son and his girlfriend split up a week before prom. I called the store immediately to cancel the rental only for the store associate to tell me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with the owner but to no avail. I called back the Monday after prom (4/23) spoke to the sales associate again and asked to speak to Keith Boyette and was told that he would just tell me the same thing. So apparently speaking to Keith is not going to happen because you cannot get past the sales associate to do so. Never expected full refund, but I feel that some portion should have been returned since the tuxedo was never picked up. The sales associate offered me another free t-shirt . LOL...Really??? I will NEVER use them again!!! They DO NOT care about their customer's. The only reason why I gave them a one star rating is because I had to in order to post this review.

This store is great. The sales associates are always very nice and Keith Boyett (owner) is always very welcoming and helpful.
