VERY HELPFUL AND KIND!  My elderly mother went there and forgot to take my new address with her to mail my package.  They called me to get the correct address and helped her carry the items to be mailed into the store for her.  She has external oxygen so it is hard for her to bring the oxygen and carry items.   I was so amazed at their kindness!  They definitely deserve the 5 Star Rating!

The gentleman that runs this store accepted a UPS package that was to be refused by me (as instructed by the company) and returned as there was an error in what the company shipped me.  He accepted this package at 11:30am on a Friday and stated that drivers pick up 3 times a day.  On Monday morning I  called because the package had not been picked up and he stated he never took it to the back of his store for the drivers.   Said he would do not right then.  The package never got picked up until the last 6pm pick up and the next day it appeared back on my front porch.  

This store does not have any affiliation with UPS except that it bears the name.  I was given totally incorrect information and then he was lazy about even making sure his pick up drivers had access to pick up the package and it sat there the entire weekend all while I am still waiting for my refund from the purchase. 

This whole thing has been extremely frustrating and all the store owner did was make it even worse.  Please don't think for a minute that this is an official UPS anything because it's not.  Very disappointed. Unacceptable.

Great store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had to get something notarized here and we're 100% accommodating.

Needed a label printed. They told me I could send it to their store email but its going to cost $3 please tell me how the f*** it cost $3 to print out one piece of paper absolutely disgusting.

I like this location a lot, friendly staff, helpful this is my go to location whenever I need to ship packages back to Amazon or other locations as well.  Location also offer the ability to e-mail in print jobs to the point it doesnt pay for me to buy a printer.
