Exceptional communication and packing service by Lynn. She shipped me a large antique clock from the Tom Harris Auction House in May 2015. It was extremely well packaged and arrived as/when promised with no problems or issues. I highly recommend them.

I can't disagree more with the previous comment. This is absolutely one of the best pack and ship stores you can use. I encourage to try them to pack your item. This way it is guaranteed to meet UPS shipping and insurance standards if you should need coverage. The previous feedback person here obviously is misinformed on how the insurance cover works, which is provided by a third party, NOT by the store owner. Staff is friendly, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile for you.

This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to. I paid for $1000 insurance on a round trip package and the handlers broke it in route. The owner, Gary, refuses to write the check for the cost of the damages and this was 5 months ago. He also owns the store in Ames and he refuses to return phone calls regarding the insurance claim. AVOID USING THIS STORE!!!
