Guaranteed to either lose your package or a one day shipment turns into an entire week. They love holding onto packages and not mailing them out in A timely manner. Good luck ever reaching the manager.

They NEVER answer the phone.  On the web, they claim to be open until six.   After driving on post and chasing all over Fort Sill to find them, we got there at 5:30 to find they are closed.  Typical UPS crap.

It's hard to give a proper rating when the store isn't open during the hours of operation.

I called and told them the dimensions and weight and they quoted ground shipping would $27. I drive there and was told $42. I don't think the worker calculated it.  I also setup a Iphone repair and apple setup return shipping at this store. I checked my tracking and it should have gone out overnight the same day on July 8.  I checked the tracking on July 10th and it still there! I called and the guy said in nervous voice it will go out today for sure! I am starting to doubt that! The workers at that location are lazy and incompetent!
