They never answer the phone no matter the hour. I have had multiple packages lost and stolen out of since I moved here.

ALCON! This post office is not required to answer the phone, save your time and call the Lawton post office for assistance.
I recently transitioned and had my mail forwarded but the carrier didn't get the message and my mail has been sitting in the box since my change of address went into action. So mail that I have been needing here at my new location has not gotten to me. 
Since this location is not required to answer the phone, I called the Lawton Office off Gore blvd. the Gentleman got me squared away.

I sent a pkg to my son on 1/21/17 by way of two day shipping, today is 3/1/17 & no one seems to know what's going on. USPS keeps telling me it's at the PO on base. My son has since gone to Fort Bragg & I have filed numerous claims to locate it & send back to me. Nothing but the run around, PO on base DOES NOT ANSWER, EVER, AT ANY HOUR! This was my first attempt to get something to my son through the postal service since he's been in the Army. I will NEVER do it again! I'll only trust Fedex or UPS.

Lady working there was nice and they have okay hours for a post office. Didnt take long at all to get what i needed and left.

Shipped a package from Cleveland Ohio 1/12/2017. as of 1/30 it still hasn't arrived to my son stationed at Ft Sill. Unfortunately misplaced the tracking number before I had a chance to enter it into the computer. Several attempts to call someone at the PO have resulted in the phone ringing and ringing with no answer or voice mail opportunity.
