Do not go to this UPS. The manager stole 20
Dollars out of a wallet I was trying to ship back to a friend. I had to walk out of the store for a couple of seconds, and she told me to leave the wallet with her giving me the impression that she was going to package it. She took complete advantage of me and thought I wasn’t smart enough to check what was inside of the wallet before walking into the store. I reported her, but didn’t want to press charges because I thought she would already be losing her job. Come to find out, it’s a family owned business so she most likely won’t be fired. Just a warning for future customers.

I went to return a broken TV with a prepaid shipping label from Amazon, and was told that I'd have to pay $65 to put the TV into one of the store's shipping boxes. I reasoned that the TV was delivered in the same box as I was trying to ship and was protected will all the same packing materials. This did not persuade the two employees.

Fortunately, I called the other UPS store accross town (9th and Perkins), and they were more than happy to take the package. I feel like this store was just trying to find a way to charge me.

I used this store to return something I bought from Amazon, and the process was easy and the employee was very helpful!

Clean and friendly, really knew the shipping processes and requirements. Couldn't ask for a better experience and customer service!
