Delivered on time but package was left out by our mailbox on the road.  We wish they would bring it up onto the porch. Will call and request that. We will see what happens!

Great place to work. Awesome customer service.

Called because a package containing expensive audio equipment that showed delivered was missing from my doorstep. 

The person on the phone took all the information and started to look into it. It only took him 10mn to find that my package was delivered to the 3rd house down the street instead of mine. He drove there himself to pick it up and corrected it. 

That it outstanding customer service and I just wanted to leave a review to show my appreciation towards UPS excellent customer support.
