Uninhabitable, BEWARE. The management of this place is pitiful to say the least. I routinely find dog poop in the hallways inside the building, as well as dog pee that is not cleaned up. I recently took the elevator, and it malfunctioned causing what I believe to be a drop. After falling 2 floors, I was able to get off. Management's response was unprofessional and equivalent to "deal with it". Also this place has poor security. No security cameras on the residential floors, or in the elevators. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment buildings are nice and clean.  The upstairs patio has a great view of the down town and there are some other nice amenities.  But if you are planning to have guest over do plan on having them park on the street far away from the building or risk getting their cars towed in the Target parking lot or the other residential building next to it.  For $ 2000 a month rent the building has continuously failed to provide guest parking for those who live here.  Live here,  but don't have guest over; cause they'll be pissed for having to walk a lot to see you.
