A snarky little snippet who works there rolled her eyes at me; I carefully replaced $600 worth of shoes and purchased elsewhere. Would contact owners if I could.

I purchased three pair of shoes two of them were clearance. Then I realized that one of them was a little bit bigger so I took it back. they didn't want to exchange it for a smaller size because their policy is that you can't exchange or return clearance items. In my opinion bad customer service and I will not go back to shop there. If you paying so much money for shoes at least have a good customer service. You can go out of your way just to satisfy customer and earn them for the future.

First 2 times were great but went into the Bridge Street store this afternoon and service was not good.  I had a problem with my inserts I bought a month ago and was told there was nothing I could do and I should try tape.  You know for a pair of shoes to cost 160$ plus 70$ inserts you think she could have just replaced the inserts.  Also i purchased another pair but was told I couldn't use my government issued veterans card for a discount.  Not sure I want to shop at a place that isn't very helpful.

The service during my two visits was top notch. The sales people took the time to find out what my foot problems were and what shoe would be best to to alleviate the problems. The selection is limited and expensive, but that is to be expected with well made shoes that are for problem feet.
