Avoid shopping here!!! Terrible customer service, rude employees. I purchased a pair of Ugg boots as a xmas present. The boots run small and did not fit. Went to return and the store had no boots in the size needed and was told they had no planned shipments coming soon.They could only offer store credit which is useless if they dont have the correct size in any boot. Told us to call Ugg so we did. First thing Ugg did was laugh and say "The walking company... Not a surprise, youre not the first" . We had to ship the boots back to Ugg and go around The walking company.

Well this store has a good collection of uggs, and I purchased a pair..I get home and figure out both shoes are right feet and when I called, no one picked up. I will be going back tonight to have them order me more since they were the last pair. Make sure your careful and get what you want. This was my fifth ugh purchase but first time from the walking company. They are. It starting off with a good review. I think it's unacceptable. Uggs are expensive and it's rude
