Agree with other reviews regarding customer service.

*Updating the above review, I went back and was able to get my shoes. The saleslady was very nice, but the manager kept her occupied for the first 5 minutes I was in the store, beefing about another employee, instead of tabling it to greet the only customer in the place.. This manager never even bothered to say hello to me the whole time I was there. Weird. He needs to find another line of work.

Just walked out. Some lady was trying on sandals in front of the sales clerk with no (provided) peds on.  I would not want her foot fungus.

I stopped in today, I haven't shopped there in awhile, however I used to be an extremely good customer. I inquired about an employee that always went above and beyond to help me select what I was looking for. When I asked about him, the man behind the register said he was fired last year, and that he is the store manager. I think he could have just said that employee was no longer with the company than to word it the way he did with the tone he used. I always look at how a sales person presents themselves and the store. Also they no longer carry any UGGS, rather a new line. Some may like it but I will just shop elsewhere. How you speak of former long term employees to a customer reflects on the store.

I was going to shop there this week, but based on the reviews and seemingly no corporate action to remedy poor attitudes and management,I will not bother going.

Terrible customer service - rude and condescending.  Store manager told me about a sale and because he was too busy talking about inappropriate things, like politics, I was distracted and did not realize I was overcharged for my shoes and did not get the "no tax" sale he kept advertising.  When I returned to the store, employee (who was helpful) was not able to fix it saying only a manager could and there was not one in the store at the time.  I called their customer service # only to learn that the no tax sale only applied to full price items, so I only got half my tax back... and the shoes he told me were on sale, actually were not on sale, so I paid $149 for shoes that had a huge sign that said $89 and he told me would be $89 only to learn... only the brown ones are $89, not the black ones... even though the sign was physically attached to the black ones and no browns ones were even displayed.  Sneakers I purchased are comfortable - used them in New Orleans and walked 5 miles a day with no foot pain.  Unfortunately, the shoes were a bust and caused major pain in my feet and legs.  Will never return to this store! Customer service # said they could not help with sale price issue since stores have individual sales that they cannot confirm.  Useless.
