My name is Ray W. ( using fiancé account ) and I have been a client of Walthew Law Firm for over 7 years. They have been truly helpful, understanding, patient, and just basically a great ear to talk to when you need advice or just nerve soothing. I am so proud to have Linda B. as my contact for the firm, she is an excellent person to have on your side. She works hard on my case and makes sure that I am getting everything that I deserve and that L&I doesn't take advantage of my insurance negligence. If you need anything that deals with the state of Washington these are the very professionals with the right  attitude and temperament you need on your side. When I was injured at work, I spent the first couple years trying to deal with it my self. When they tried to close the claim right before surgery I went to the Walthew office, and retained Jon Winemiller as my attorney and his paralegal was Marilyn Mc. They treated me with the utmost respect and really fought for me. They have given me so much support these past 7 years and through out all the different stages of my claim and surgeries. They were respectful, knowledgabIe, and I highly reccommend them. They were always on top of the situation.

When I was injured on the job, I informed my supervisor and went to the emergency room as directed by my employer’s protocol.  It wasn’t until over a year later that the full extent of my injury was discovered.  At the same time, I discovered my employer had not filed my L & I paperwork with the state.  The Department of Labor and Industries denied my claim, saying it had not been filed in a timely manner.  Stephanie Kasper was instrumental in getting L & I to honor my claim, pay for my extended treatment and for time loss payments while I was unable to work.  Without Stephanie, I would not have been able to obtain treatment or pay my living expenses.  Stephanie was supportive and kind, and was patient with me and my frustration with and confusion about the entire legal process, and she ensured it went smoothly.
