I bought my bridesmaid dress here and it was a wonderful experience. The woman who helped us was attentive and answered any questions the bride had. For me my negative was my dress alterations: I needed my dress hemmed, have cups added into the dress, and have the straps shortened. The dress was hemmed perfectly, but my straps were never adjusted and the cups were placed in the most awkward position. In almost all of the pictures the cups were showing. Since, the seamstress was very busy I was unable to pick up my dress until the day before the wedding. And was also advised not to try my dress on because it was steamed and they would not be able to repress it. In the long run I should of tried on the dress before hand, but I was very upset about how my straps kept falling down and the cups were showing. Even the bride noticed and said how disappointed she was! I payed $75 for dress alternations and was expecting a lot more on the alteration side.

We ordered custom-made vests that would match the material used in the bridesmaids dresses. We provided all of the groomsmen measurements to wedding Embassy who ordered the appropriate size vests. When we receive them, many months later, none of them came close to fitting. Wedding Embassy refused to refund us our money and even told us that if we wanted our money back we could look to sell them on eBay. The only reason it's two stars instead of one is that they did give us a complimentary vest rental, however the value of that rental is much less than what we had paid. Also since it was a rental the colors didn't match the ties and pocket squares nor did they match the ladies dresses. I'm very surprised that they didn't stand by their service and make it right.

I am very happy with my wedding dress and the whole process between finding it and picking it up the day before my wedding! Also got my bridesmaid dresses here, they were beautiful as well. I am disappointed with their tuxedo department. I had all the guys get their measurements there, and when everything arrived 4 out of 6 guys needed replacement items (shoes, shirt, jacket). My father-in-law tried on his shirt and immediately felt it was too tight, the woman's response helping him was "pretend to hug someone and see if the shirt rips" which he was not comfortable testing out! Also after picking up the groom's tux they gave me the wrong jacket, so I needed to go back there the day of my wedding to get the proper jacket for him. Again super happy with my wedding dress and bridesmaid dressed.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. We didn't feel rushed or bullied into buying anything. The dresses were so beautiful and even though my dress arrived late they made sure it was altered and ready on time. Very positive experience here!

My dress came out beautiful! Linda did an AMAZING job with my alterations. It was a perfect fit and she was very patient with me along the way. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. My dress helped to make my wedding day perfect!!
