I am giving two stars for this store only because of name Ann Taylor and the designs of clothes. I used to like to shop in this store but I think they changed their staff meanwhile. The staff is extremely rude. They don't even look at you while greeting and look down on you if you spend as much time you like to go around the shop. They have 'whatever...get out of here already' looks on their face. Especially there is this attendant Stephanie...three encounters and same bad experience all three times. She treats a old colleague of hers like dirt. I mean literally! One would think the employees should deal with their work problems not in front of customers but she might not be knowing that work etiquette or overlooks it. NEVER going there again even though I love Ann Taylor. Good that the Arsenal mall project is causing shops shutting down. I hope they close for good. Customers will be saved from such rudeness.
