The Wendy Thompson team did a wonderful job in helping us getting financed for a house. We were recommended to them after getting turned down by other financial institutes and they were able to work with us. We had a goal set to move in our own home by the beginning of the year and they helped make that possible for us. Wendy’s team has great communication and everyone was very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us get in our house and we are truly satisfied. I do not think we would have been able to reach our goal if it was not for them. Wendy is a very loving caring person. I was able to contact her whenever I needed to and she always responded. I would recommend her to anyone I knew that were looking to buy a house.

The experience with the Wendy Thompson Team was amazing; the knowledge and superior customer service exemplifies great American business. Even after being forewarned on the first call that they do things a little differently, we just did not foresee such an unparalleled, smooth process. Wendy took the f out of our fears and applied it to facts, faith, and family. Not only did she make herself available 7 days a week if you needed her, she also squashed all doubts that home ownership was out of our reach. If it wasn't the right situation, she laid out the "facts" for us to understand why not all while reassuring us to keep the "faith" because our home was out there and if not, we could build it. Wow! We listened and we believed so now I get to write this review about our now extended "family", The Wendy Thompson Team, from our beautiful home.

Wendy and her team did an excellent job of making a daunting process seamless and easy. As a first-time home buyer, I honestly had no clue where to begin, but they made sure to keep me informed and educate me on the "why" as we progressed. I loved their digital platform for paperwork, which was a great way to keep me organized. Were I ever to buy another home, I would call the Wendy Thompson team first.

From the hour I made my initial inquiry to closing, Wendy Thompson and her team, we on top of things. Communication was excellent and streamlined. They were great at explaining the process, timely in responding to phone calls and emails, they even told me when I wouldn't be hearing from them and why. There were no surprises, no headaches, everything went smoothly and my loan was funded on time. I would highly recommend Wendy Thompson and her team!

Wendy Thompson, Jenny, and Dawn are a great team! They walked me through the entire home buying process. Each client is made to feel as though you are the only customer. Their integrity is exemplary. The team works for you and are focused on every detail. Their efforts produce amazing results. My family are delighted with our new house. We highly recommend Wendy Thompson and her wonderful team if you are ready for a new house.
