Horrible Management! 
Currently the worst I've seen. 
Very rude, extremely unprofessional, and not courteous! To my understanding, it is not against the law to assist someone with a disability. Yet it was refused, and in turn they lost an account today.

Great service. Nice and friendly staff. Only gripe? It can take a little while to get through the line when there are a great deal of customers waiting. That's to be expected, though. One thing I would like to see is the extension of business hours...not just here at Wells Fargo, but at all Shelby County banking institutions. I moved to the Memphis Area around a year ago, and I still don't understand the closing of banks (citywide) at 4:30pm everyday except for Friday...confusing.

Ms. Tamara is one if not the best bank manager we have had the chance to work with. She made our decision to leave our previous bank so easy. Wells Fargo is really built on relationships. She is always professional but direct enough to answer your questions truthfully with a ton of experience to back it up. The tellers and bankers are also very pleasant.
