I received flowers and they have not lasted. Most of them are dying. I've done better getting flowers from a deli/market in the neighborhood. When I called to ask them to do something to make it right, there was no attempt on their part to do so. Stay away. I agree with the reviews regarding customer service...awful.

They charged me $136 for a dozen roses in a slender vase. I later picked up 48 roses at a different store for $85 (nicer looking too). Stay away from Windsor Florist, they're overpriced.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They called me unapologetically just before noon on Valentine's Day and told me that there was a problem printing the order, and I could either have a refund or they would deliver the flowers on Feb 15th.

They said it was not their fault. (I'm not sure who else's fault it could have been.)

Obviously having Valentine's Day flowers delivered a day late is not acceptable. This would make it seem like an afterthought, and likely embarrass the recipient in front of their coworkers.

Pretty disappointed in their F-up and lack of accountability in the matter.

I had an amazing experience with Sam for my wedding flowers. He was thorough, considerate and the flowers looked amazing.
