I had the best customer experience with Sterling Bloom Florist. Carolina was exceptionally helpful as I needed to send roses to a dear friend at Mt. Sinai Hospital during the coldest day in NY. She was so patient as I was unsure of what arrangement to send, she helped me decide on a beautiful 30 pink rose bouquet with green ivy. The bouquet was delivered to the hospital by 1pm in absolutely fabulous condition. This arrangement of fresh gorgeous pink roses with balloons made my friends day! I highly recommend this florist, ask to speak to Carolina.

I hired Sterling Blooms as my wedding florist and was beyond thrilled with the flowers and service they provided. I especially loved the floating flowers we got married under. Carolina is the best. She's amazing. She is energetic, super friendly and gave me a reasonable price. She understood and delivered exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Sterling Blooms.

Carolina did the flowers for my summer wedding at the James Burden Mansion Ny Ny. She was super friendly,enthusiastic and always very timely! My flowers came out better than I even imagined I got nothing but complements! Even my husband who didn't care much about floral arrangements kept saying how great they looked! Carolina is experienced and full of great ideas I would definitely recommend her!

I live in Central New York. Needed a florist in Manhattan to deliver flowers to my daughter's office for her birthday the next day. Selected Sterling due to the overwhelming number of 5 star complimentary reviews. That was impressive and I add mine. Excellent timely service on short notice and gorgeous flowers. Reinforced by an email of thanks from Carolina the owner. She referenced something I had put in the comments /requests section of the online order page. It was not an auto-generated email. Highly recommend Sterling Blooms.
