So excited to have a Verizon store close to home!  Serviced right away and manager and associate were extremely helpful and gave us great tips and info.  Even reduced our monthly payment - what a bonus :)

I went to the convenient new Verizon Wireless store in Urbana for a problem with my cell phone.  I met with the very helpful store manager, Craig McElheny. 
He fixed the problem I was having with my cell phone, and he provided good information on a new product I saw. Craig was very patient with all my questions, and answered each one with clarity.  Very pleased with this store!

We came in for assistance with data transfer and met Andrew Bankert who was more than happy to help us with this. It turned out that we never could have done this on our own. He even stayed late to do this AND sold me a new phone in the process! We are happy to have this store in Urbana now!

I stopped in your new store today in Urbana and my sales person Jacob McGugan was extremely helpful in setting up my new phone and iPad. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to assist me and showed me an additional device for my phone which I purchased. Please note I believe he is an asset to your organization. Happy customer!
