I spent 2 plus years at Wynnewood Park Apartments and I enjoyed every moment and actually miss living there. What I liked the most that I could hardly ever hear my neighbors, how responsive staff always was and the location. Most tenants are families with children, everyone is respectful and responsible.  I never heard anyone partying hard or make noise after 8-9 pm. Staff is fabulous. They respond right away and address the issues right away and were a pleasure to deal with. Location is just fabulous. You can walk to Wynnewood or downtown Narberth. Everything is within a ten minute walk. Bars, restaurants, whole foods and local parks. Parking was never a problem, plenty of street parking any time of the day. Very clean and safe place. Staff does a fantastic job in snow storms. All the walkways are cleaned immediately after snow stops. Great place to live.

I lived in Wynnewood Park Apts for two years. This was the best apartment complex I had ever lived. We moved because we bought a house. The management is great: the staff are super nice - they are always there whenever you need their help. The exterior lawn area is flat and large. My kids really had fun playing outside with their friends living in this complex in each day when whether was good. The school district is the best in this area. Wynnewood train station is only 3 minutes away. It is convenient to take a train to University city, Center City and China Town. Wynnewood Shopping Center is cross the street. Grocery store, postal office, Bed Bath and Beyond, DSW, ice cream store, restaurants are all located in the shopping center.

I lived here for 3 years from 2012-2013 &  2014-2016. The reason I left this apt was I wanted to move to a larger apt, but I came back here again because I knew that there couldn't be any apt better than here. The management is amazing; never cold, solved any issues right away. Every staff  is so so friendly and great and always ready to help. 

I had to leave PA to CA this June. If somebody ask me which is the most sorry to leave PA, the answer will be to leave Wynnewood Park Apartment & staffs.

I have lived here since 2012 and have enjoyed every minute of it. The apartments are great (most of which have new kitchens), the location excellent (right across from the R5; Wynnewood Plaza shopping is across the street), the staff friendly and responsive, and the neighborhood quiet. Highly recommended. And the price is impressively affordable. Utilities are even included!
